Theoretical coverage is 120 sq. ft. per quart at 1 mil depending on the substrate. Recommended 2-3 coats/mils. Example: a 16’ X 4’ boat bottom would require 1 quart to achieve 2 coats at 2 mil. For all prior painted or oxidized substrates, we highly recommend first using our GatorBond Epoxy prime to ensure max adhesion. It also contains corrosion protection on steel the topcoat does not.
